When syncing orders to QuickBooks Desktop through our sync, it’s easy to set how an order syncs into QuickBooks, as an Invoice, Sales Receipt, Sales Order or even an Estimate. But sometimes, this can’t be set on a global level, as orders under different customer roles in WooCommerce may need to be synced to QuickBooks as different formats, or using different QuickBooks templates.
It’s easy to set this in our sync:
- In MyWorks Sync > Settings > Order, change the “Sync WooCommerce Orders as” setting to Per Role.
- Then, just like the screenshot below, you’ll be able to set a specific order format and QuickBooks Template for each customer role you have set in your WooCommerce Store.
