This plugin developed for WooCommerce is built to save time during your order fulfillment workflow. As soon as Ordoro creates your tracking number, we will autofill it in the WooCommerce Shipment Tracking Pro plugin and trigger a confirmation email to the customer – that includes this tracking info.

Installation Steps

  1. Upload our sync to your WooCommerce site and activate.
  2. Upload the Shipment Tracking Pro plugin to your WooCommerce site and activate.
  3. Once activated, everything else happens in the background. When an order note is added to your order by the Ordoro API, we automatically parse that into the Shipment Tracking Pro plugin, block the “Customer Note” email that’s sent to the customer, and trigger the order completed email that’s sent through Shipment Tracking Pro to your customer.
  4. NOTE: When our sync is activated, it will disable the Customer Note email template in WooCommerce > Settings > Emails, as it is no longer needed. If you deactivate our sync, it will re-enable this email template.
